The "HC-2/HC-4" is a general-purpose temperature controller (temperature controller) for heaters that adjusts temperature. Heater control is achieved through PID control using a non-contact relay, allowing for easy high-precision temperature control. It is equipped with an analog ammeter, making it easy to identify heater disconnections and failures, and it also features a convenient heater OFF operation mode and a buzzer stop operation mode for installation and maintenance. Custom specifications are also accepted. In the case of temperature abnormality alarms, the power supply to the heater is cut off by an electromagnetic contactor, ensuring safety even in the event of SSR insulation failure. Although the size is larger, it is assembled with domestic manufacturer standard electrical components, making repairs easy.
