Our chemical products division has started a joint research project with Oshima Maritime College and Formic Acid and Hydrogen Energy Development Co., Ltd., which holds a patent for hydrogen generation from formic acid, on the "Development of a Boiler Using Hydrogen as an Auxiliary Fuel." With the TPP, the demand for agricultural products in greenhouses is expected to increase further, and it is anticipated that the fuel efficiency of boilers will become an issue.
