It is ideal for operation in explosion-prone and hazardous areas where explosions or fires may occur. The reader section features an intrinsically safe explosion-proof structure, while the control section has a flameproof structure. It can read magnetic stripe cards that meet JIS standards in explosion-proof areas and output the data via RS-232C or RS-422.
