While the number of pairable transmitters (tools) is limited compared to the Pokayoke receiver "TW-800R-EXL," which can also connect via LAN, it allows for a cost-effective implementation of Pokayoke in production processes that utilize one to two tools. ◇ Main features of the LAN-connected Pokayoke receiver TW-800R-SLNX The TW-800R-SLNX is a Pokayoke receiver designed for production processes using tools (such as in assembly, machining, and pressing) for customers who are troubled by "missing work." 1. It can be paired with two transmitters (the current number of paired devices is displayed via LED). 2. It can output work performance data to PLCs or PCs via LAN. 3. The external output time can be finely set (in 12 steps within 50ms to 1s). 4. The double count prevention time can be finely set (in 19 steps within 10ms to 15s).
