Features - The device is compact, so it does not take up much space even when placed inside an incubator. - The dedicated culture container rotates, allowing the medium to be dispersed and used effectively. - By placing cells that have been adherently cultured on dishes/plates into the dedicated container for rotating suspension culture, spheroids can be easily formed. - It does not require scaffold materials. - It can perform continuous culture from undifferentiated to differentiated stem cells. - Three-dimensional culture generally increases gene expression levels compared to two-dimensional culture. - The material of the dedicated container has very high gas permeability, ensuring that there is no oxygen deficiency even in a closed system. - The size of the gas-permeable resin container is 10ml (with 30ml and 50ml sizes currently in development).
