"Mirage" is a light probe-type non-contact infrared spectroscopy analysis system that utilizes photo-thermal induced resonance (PTIR) detection technology. By combining a tunable pulse laser with a light probe, it enables infrared spectroscopy analysis with spatial resolution below 500 nm by detecting instantaneous thermal expansion, making it suitable for foreign substance analysis as well. The obtained infrared spectrum matches conventional FT-IR transmission spectra. Operation is easy, requiring no special sample pretreatment, and measurements can be taken in a short time.
