Additionally, it is possible to incorporate powdered cleaning agents into the sheet. The scraping layer contains fibers that are several times thicker than our standard fibers. In addition to the hardness of the thick fibers, the air-laid manufacturing method creates a raised texture on the surface of the sheet, which helps to scrape off dirt. Furthermore, our production method allows for the incorporation of powders into the sheet, enabling the blending of various functional powders. Evaluation content: A mixture of sugar/soy sauce (1/3) was taken at 0.07g from a stainless steel bat and heated with an electric heater to create a char approximately 30mm in diameter. A 30*30mm sheet was wetted with water and wrung out, then rubbed back and forth 30 times while applying a load of 50g.
