We are introducing Vietnamese engineers who wish to work in Japan from Vietnam. At our Japanese language center operating locally, about 100 individuals are studying Japanese language training and the rules of life in Japan in preparation for employment in Japan. All candidates have graduated from a four-year university or a junior college in Vietnam, making them highly capable and ready-to-work personnel. Many of them also have work experience, so we can introduce candidates that meet your company's requirements. We can also introduce Vietnamese engineers residing in Japan.

◆Flow of Recruitment 1. We will meet with you in person or via phone to discuss your staffing needs. ↓ 2. We will select candidates that meet your requirements and submit multiple applicants' resumes. ↓ 3. You will choose the candidates you wish to interview, and interviews will be conducted directly or via Skype, etc. ↓ 4. After deciding on the hire, you will need to submit the necessary company information documents. ↓ 5. For those residing in Vietnam, entry and start of work will occur after the issuance of the Certificate of Eligibility for Resident Status. For those residing domestically, work will begin after leaving their previous job. ↓ 6. We will provide responsible support not only at the start of employment but also throughout the employment period.
