Transfer paper labels for sanitary ware and ceramics that can be issued on-site!
In the production process of sanitary ceramics, transfer paper for barcodes is sometimes used. During the drying process, large bubbles may occasionally form on the transfer paper. If the paper is fired in this state, the bubbles can create holes in the barcode pattern, making it unreadable and causing issues. It is believed that moisture in the clay turns into steam due to the heat during the drying process, resulting in the formation of bubbles. The Cerlabel WS-1200E efficiently releases this steam, completely preventing the formation of bubbles and providing a perfect barcode pattern without any distortion.
