The Belt Auto-Retractor is a completely new category of next-generation vertical conveyor that uses a resin belt instead of a steel chain as the transmission medium to raise and lower the lifting cage (carriage) inside the main body. Since there are no metal sliding parts in the lifting section, there is no metal wear, and lubrication oil is also unnecessary. It comes standard with an energy-saving control system "E-VEAS" or "VEAS" equipped with a power storage device. By utilizing a rapidly chargeable power storage device for peak power cut operation, it can reduce the capacity of power supply equipment by up to 40%, and by charging and effectively using regenerative power, it can reduce power consumption by up to 38-50%. Features of the Belt Auto-Retractor - The lifting belt of the Belt Auto-Retractor uses a highly reliable timing belt made of high-precision urethane that is excellent in oil resistance and ozone resistance. It can be safely used in clean environments required in pharmaceutical and food production factories, as well as in secondary battery production factories, where environments free from oil mist and metal wear powder are necessary.
