A small heater press capable of molding while applying heat up to 400℃.
This is a small manual heater press machine developed for experimental research and development for heating and forming. By removing the heater die set, it can be used as a standard pressing machine. It has two pressing capacities: 100 kN and 200 kN. The heating plate size is 80 mm square. Heating temperature range: room temperature to 400°C. It is suitable for heating and compression molding of various materials. It is widely used in research institutes and development labs for testing various battery materials, and is ideal for producing membrane electrode assemblies (MEAs) for solid polymer fuel cells. With precision grinding and a four-column heater die set, the parallelism of the heating plate is 10 to 15 µm (at 80 mm square).
