In the field of microfabrication, it is difficult to apply contact measurement instruments (calipers, micrometers, three-dimensional measuring machines) to the target objects. Therefore, our company uses non-contact image dimension measuring instruments. We have two models of "Keyence Image Dimension Measuring Instruments": IM-8000 and IM-7030. By illuminating the object and measuring its shadow, we can achieve high-precision measurements even for small parts and fine processing areas. We can simultaneously measure the height and depth of the target object. Additionally, we can measure up to 99 locations at once, allowing us to measure pitch and depth even for finely slotted items like heat sinks. For the measurement and evaluation of microfabricated products, please leave it to Agency Assist. We also accept measurements and evaluations of dimensions and geometric tolerances, including three-dimensional measurements, roundness, and surface roughness.
