A laser beam sampler convenient for beam monitoring applications. It offers excellent transmittance and low thermal expansion coefficient from UV to IR.
The TECHSPEC Nd:YAG Laser Beam Sampler utilizes Fresnel reflection at an uncoated surface to split a portion of the incident laser beam, making it suitable for beam monitoring applications. It features high-performance physical characteristics, including a surface quality of 10-5 and flatness of λ/10, minimizing the impact on the transmitted beam. The second surface of the substrate employs an anti-reflective coating with a high damage threshold to limit ghost reflections. Made from UV-grade synthetic quartz substrate, it offers excellent transmission from UV to IR and a low thermal expansion coefficient. Laser coatings for anti-reflection are available for wavelengths of 266nm, 355nm, 532nm, and 1064nm. 【Features】 ■ Fresnel reflection at the uncoated first surface ■ Coating with a high laser damage threshold on one side ■ Surface quality of 10-5 *You can download the catalog featuring this product from Edmund Optics Japan below.
