At N Corporation's electronic components factory, a wide variety of outdoor units are installed, resulting in high noise levels throughout the facility. Improvements are essential due to the impact on neighboring factories and the working environment within the facility, and this has also been pointed out by the labor standards inspection office. However, the types and number of noise sources were vast, making it impossible to address them completely. Therefore, our company measured and diagnosed the noise generation points within the factory and provided advice on improvement methods that could be implemented internally as much as possible. As a result, the environment has been improved not only for the neighbors but also within the facility, creating a more comfortable atmosphere.
