Transformation of Multiplex Assays Simplex
Simpleplex Ella is a fully automated multi-analyte immunoassay system. Although it is multi-analyte, it is not multiplexed. The reaction cells corresponding to the wells are independent (singleplex), making it an evolved ELISA with no cross-reactivity. It will be an ideal platform for biomarker measurement in clinical development or treatment of cancer immunotherapy and CAR-T cell therapy.

**Features** - Easy operation - Factory-calibrated standard curve No calibrator measurement is required for each measurement. - Dedicated cartridges (formats for samples × analysis: 16×4, 32×4, 32×8, 72×1) Simplex assays not only demonstrate the same specificity as ELISA but also have sub-pico level detection limits, a dynamic range of 4-5 logs, and performance with single-digit CV values. - Multi-analysis with independent microchannels Multiple singleplex assays can be performed simultaneously on one sample. The sample is divided into independent microchannels for reaction, with no cross-reactivity at all. - Support for user-customized assays Custom cartridges allow users to freely choose target proteins. With dedicated digoxin cartridges for 48 samples, a dedicated custom reagent kit, and the user's unique target antibodies, users can analyze their specific target proteins using Ella.
