At Asano Research Institute, we contribute to the lightweighting of automobiles with our expertise in "High Control Preheating Technology (CFRTP)" and "Vacuum Forming Technology (Resin Panels)."
We would like to introduce our automotive lightweighting technology! 【1. High-Control Preheating Technology (Quick Response Heater)】 By using our infrared heater technology for preheating, we can quickly heat the interior of the seat while preventing overheating, which helps to prevent material degradation and improve moldability. [Key Points] ■ Seat temperature control using Asano Laboratory's original high-response heater ■ Adjustable heater units for each individual heater ■ Suitable for preventing smoke and material degradation that can occur during preheating of CFRP or GFRP molding 【2. New Technology for Decorative Molding】 Our decorative molding technology applies vacuum pressure forming technology, enabling high-precision and rapid vacuum forming and adhesive coating of plastic sheets. [Key Points] ■ Achieves uniform temperature across the entire sheet compared to conventional decorative molding ■ Significantly reduces molding time and running costs ■ Improves yield with high-precision printing positioning *Sample molding tests are available. *For more details, please download the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

basic information
1. High Control Preheating Technology ▼Features ■ High response… Temperature rise from room temperature to 600°C in 10 seconds ■ Feedback of the surface temperature of the heating target to heater control - Temperature correction control to keep the surface temperature of the target constant = stable - Heat retention control to prevent overheating of the surface and quickly heat the interior ■ Output adjustment for each heater, allowing for adjustment of heater temperature distribution - Uniform heating of the target object and creation of intentional temperature distribution 2. New Technology for Decorative Molding ▼Prototyping By applying vacuum pressure forming technology, processing of resin panels is possible, accommodating various prototyping for resin as a glass alternative. Thick plates can be formed using vacuum forming and thermal bending, while thin plates (films) can be tested with insert molding preforms and coating molding. * Machines for each method tailored to product shapes are available ▼Sample Molding Test Heating tests using quick response heaters and molding tests using the vacuum pressure forming machine "FKS" and the coating molding machine "TFH" will be conducted. As a pioneer in vacuum forming machines, Asano Research Institute has been committed to developing, designing, and manufacturing equipment that enhances operability, produces better molded products, and improves productivity while reducing production costs, all from the customer's perspective. In the Planning and Development Department, we have permanently installed test forming machines (one for cut sheets and one for roll sheets) to assist customers with the development of new items and products, as well as problem-solving. We support the entire process from test mold design and manufacturing to sample molding, and subsequently to the development, design, and manufacturing of production machines (including production mold design and fabrication). In the Service Department, we also carry out modifications to replace the ceramic heaters of forming machines with our company's quick response heaters, helping to reduce electricity costs and increase productivity.
