High Control Preheating Technology ▼Features ■ High response… Temperature rise from room temperature to 600°C in 10 seconds ■ Feedback of the surface temperature of the heating target to heater control - Temperature correction control to keep the surface temperature of the target constant = stable - Heat retention control to prevent overheating of the surface and quickly heat the interior ■ Output adjustment for each heater, allowing for adjustment of heater temperature distribution - Uniform heating of the target object and creation of intentional temperature distribution 2. New Technology for Decorative Molding ▼Prototyping By applying vacuum pressure forming technology, processing of resin panels is possible, accommodating various prototyping for resin as a glass alternative. Thick plates can be formed using vacuum forming and thermal bending, while thin plates (films) can be tested with insert molding preforms and coating molding. * Machines for each method tailored to product shapes are available ▼Sample Molding Test Heating tests using quick response heaters and molding tests using the vacuum pressure forming machine "FKS" and the coating molding machine "TFH" will be conducted. In the Planning and Development Department, we have permanently installed test forming machines (one for cut sheets and one for roll sheets) to assist customers with the development of new items and products, as well as problem-solving. We support the entire process from test mold design and manufacturing to sample molding, and subsequently to the development, design, and manufacturing of production machines (including production mold design and fabrication). In the Service Department, we also carry out modifications to replace the ceramic heaters of forming machines with our company's quick response heaters, helping to reduce electricity costs and increase productivity.
