As a global leader in the production scale systems of continuous flow microwave reactors, we offer C-Wave PRD.
C-Tech is the global leader in scaling up continuous flow microwave reactors and offers the C-Wave PRD. The unique continuous production flow microwave reactor is supplied as a self-contained unit mounted on a skid, capable of operating at temperatures up to 250°C and pressures of 30 bar. The C-Wave PRD has been used for many years primarily in laboratories of the pharmaceutical and fine/specialty chemical industries. Based on this experience, it offers a wide range of applications for novel synthesis, achieving faster reactions with higher yields and fewer by-products. The rapid microwave heating process and precise heating control reduce side reactions and significantly improve yields in a fraction of the time compared to conventional methods.

Applications/Examples of results
C-Tech Innovation's microwave technology designs, builds, and provides scalable continuous flow microwave reactors that achieve unparalleled rapid heating at high temperatures and pressures with precise temperature control for proof of concept and pilot-scale testing. Operating at up to 250 °C / 30 bar, it can facilitate reactions in solvents at temperatures that are impossible with other methods. The combination of rapid heating rates and high temperature and pressure allows for the synthesis of target substances more cleanly and with fewer by-products. Microwave chemistry has been used for many years in the synthesis of small quantities of compounds, particularly in the pharmaceutical and specialty chemical industries, but scaling up with continuous flow microwave chemistry offers significant advantages over traditional batch methods, such as: - Faster reactions - Fewer undesirable side reactions - Higher yields with lower impurity levels - Precise control of reaction temperature - High efficiency of chemical reactions
