Restrictions - After confirming the order by phone, we will guarantee preparation for shipment within 24 hours. - If it exceeds 24 hours, we will not charge you for the order amount. - We accept advance reservations for date specifications, so please feel free to contact us. - The acceptable data format is primarily Parasolid (.x_t). - The resin used for stereolithography will be a high-toughness type in light yellow or milky white. *2 - Shapes with dimensions of 0.3mm or less (such as hole diameter, slit width, steps, etc.) cannot be represented using stereolithography. - Orders received on Saturdays and the day before holidays will be prepared for shipment by 1:00 PM on the first business day after the holiday. - Delivery options include pickup, Akabou (a delivery service), motorcycle courier, and regular shipping. *3 - Due to first-come, first-served basis, we may end acceptance early. *1) Please consult us if the size or number of data exceeds the limits. *2) Please note that you cannot choose the type of stereolithography resin in advance. *3) For Akabou and motorcycle courier services, the shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
