Among these, the stereolithography machine (3D printer) we own can create highly detailed and smooth surface models. Additionally, it is possible to use the items produced by stereolithography as master models to create vacuum-cast rubber molds (silicone molds) for replication. In vacuum casting, a vacuum state is created within a vacuum chamber, allowing resin to flow into the mold, ensuring that the resin reaches every corner of the mold and minimizing the formation of air bubbles. This method enables the production of high-precision resin products in a very short lead time and at a low cost.
