The Whity series is an aerosol product that disperses fine powder of boron nitride in a solvent. Since it does not contain a resin binder, it can be used in processing steps that avoid outgassing from release films (such as vacuum or inert gas). The upper limit of heat resistance is 800°C in an oxidizing atmosphere (900°C for short periods), 1,200°C in a vacuum, and 2,200°C in an inert atmosphere.
