Silver Lube N - Lubrication, release, and seizure prevention at ultra-high temperatures.
SL-N-420 Silver Lube N l High-temperature lubrication, release agent, and seizure prevention.
Silver Lube N Spray - Heat-resistant lubricant, release agent, anti-seizing, aluminum fine powder and mineral oil.
Special mineral oil is blended with fine aluminum powder. At low temperatures, the special mineral oil functions as a lubricant, while at high temperatures, molten aluminum provides lubrication. It is suitable for lubricating machine sliding surfaces, bearings, die casting at ultra-high temperatures, releasing diamond tools, preventing seizure of bolts and nuts at high temperatures, corrosion prevention underwater, and rust prevention during mold storage. It has strong corrosion resistance, making it usable as a rust inhibitor. [420ml aerosol]

basic information
Silver Lube N functions as a lubricant, release agent, and anti-seizing agent under ultra-high temperatures. The main components of Silver Lube are aluminum fine powder and mineral oil, which create a silver-colored wet film when sprayed. Its heat resistance temperature ranges from -60°C to 1,200°C, and unlike solid lubricants, the aluminum fine powder melts at high temperatures to provide lubrication, release, and anti-seizing functions.

Applications/Examples of results
Uses ● For lubrication of slide surfaces of machine tools, guide pins of molds, bearings, pulleys, and sprockets. ● As a release agent for ultra-high temperatures exceeding the heat resistance limit of boron nitride (900°C). ● As an initial release agent for molds and die-casting molds. ● To be applied in advance to metal parts exposed to high temperatures, such as bolts and nuts of boilers, to prevent seizure. ● As a lubricant during pressing, tapping, and drilling. ● Simple rust prevention during mold storage.
