In addition to long-length processing, we propose an original specification that enables drilling, tapping, and milling for a wide range of strokes. Contributing to our customers' productivity improvement!
We would like to introduce a case study of the gantry-type machining center "FZ-B 3000×1000-20ATC." While the customer had become capable of processing long materials, they expressed a desire to automate the processing of wide workpieces as well. This inquiry came from a customer who had previously adopted our machinery. We proposed our product, customizing it to enhance rigidity according to the workpiece and enabling drilling, tapping, and milling for wide slots up to 3000mm×1000mm. While we were able to cover the X and Y directions, the Z-axis stroke was insufficient. Therefore, we decided to equip the front of the machining center with a table that allows for vertical setup of materials, making processing of the end faces possible. Productivity has dramatically improved. Furthermore, the ability to handle wide workpieces has expanded the range of work, leading to an influx of additional projects, as reported by the customer. [Case Study After Adoption] - Productivity has dramatically improved. - Capability to handle wide workpieces has been achieved. - The range of work has expanded, allowing for the acquisition of more projects. *For more details about the product, please download and view the comprehensive catalog.*
