The "micromelx neo/nanomelx neo" provides high-resolution 2D X-ray technology and 3D computed tomography (CT) scanning capabilities in a single system, enabling non-destructive testing (NDT) of electronic components such as semiconductors, PCBAs, and lithium-ion batteries.
