[In Development] Easy-to-install non-destructive testing device 'VisibleSense'

Variations in density within products that were previously invisible can now be evaluated! We achieve stable production of high-quality products through density distribution measurement! This device visualizes density distribution by irradiating the measurement target with millimeter waves and analyzing the reflected waves using Hakkou Automation's unique signal processing. As millimeter waves propagate through the material, their wavelength changes according to the dielectric constant. Therefore, differences in dielectric constant manifest as differences in arrival time. However, when the material is the same, the dielectric constant remains constant, so the difference in arrival time corresponds to differences in density. This phenomenon is utilized to inspect the density distribution within the material in a non-destructive and non-contact manner.

"VisibleSense" is an excellent sensor that can perform non-destructive testing of non-metallic foreign objects, visualize the mixing condition of mixtures, and detect bubbles, cracks, and delaminations inside objects non-destructively.
