【Features】 ○ Equipped with three powerful measurement modes for nano-mechanical property evaluation as standard: - High-speed force mapping mode - AM-FM viscoelastic mapping mode - Contact resonance viscoelastic mapping mode ○ Excellent features that make temperature control and quantitative nano-mechanical measurements easier! - High-temperature sample heater - blueDrive photothermal excitation* *blueDrive photothermal excitation is an option for Asylum Research's Cypher AFM. By replacing the traditional cantilever drive mechanism with photothermal excitation, tapping mode (AC mode) is improved (simplified, stabilized, and quantified). blueDrive irradiates a blue laser at the base of the cantilever, causing localized heating to excite the cantilever.
