basic information
【Features】 ○ Equipped with three powerful measurement modes for nano-mechanical property evaluation as standard: - High-speed force mapping mode - AM-FM viscoelastic mapping mode - Contact resonance viscoelastic mapping mode ○ Excellent features that make temperature control and quantitative nano-mechanical measurements easier! - High-temperature sample heater - blueDrive photothermal excitation* *blueDrive photothermal excitation is an option for Asylum Research's Cypher AFM. By replacing the traditional cantilever drive mechanism with photothermal excitation, tapping mode (AC mode) is improved (simplified, stabilized, and quantified). blueDrive irradiates a blue laser at the base of the cantilever, causing localized heating to excite the cantilever. Because it uses light, it can excite only the cantilever without causing vibrations in other mechanical parts of the AFM, resulting in extremely clean responses and tuning. ● For other features and details, please refer to the catalog or contact us.
