Introduction to the case study of Konishi Manufacturing, which utilizes its top-notch grinding and polishing equipment in Japan to provide integrated solutions for flat cutting, cylindrical grinding, and internal grinding.
Utilizing our top-notch equipment for grinding and cutting processes, we provide comprehensive support for flat cutting, cylindrical grinding, and internal grinding. Additionally, we offer one-stop supply support from prototype development to mass production and quality assurance, including the procurement of machined products, pressed products, and forged products. ■ Color for Machine Tools This color for machine tools is made of iron, with an outer diameter of φ75mm, an inner diameter of φ57mm, and a width of 75mm. The machining accuracy is ±25μm for the outer diameter, and the mutual difference in width dimensions between the outer and inner rings is ±1μm. ■ Ring for Machine Tools The material is iron, with an outer diameter of φ58mm, an inner diameter of φ50mm, and a width of 10mm. The machining accuracy required is ±50μm for the outer diameter, ±20μm for the inner diameter, and ±25μm for the width. To achieve this precision, the finishing is done through three processes: width grinding, followed by outer diameter grinding, and then inner diameter grinding.

KONISHI Manufacturing Co., Ltd. has been providing products to the world market with ball bearings under the trademark name "MRK." "Precision machining" and "mass production" are fundamental concepts for the manufacturing industry, yet they are being reexamined in light of the harsh realities that constantly demand speed and cost reduction. In the midst of changing values and diversifying needs, how we can enhance customer satisfaction and trust is a significant challenge and driving force for us. We believe that thorough quality control, improvements in work efficiency, a flexible system that introduces new information and technologies as needed, and above all, a customer-centric mindset will lead to new possibilities. We are actively working on "small lots" and "short delivery times," focusing on building a system that meets current needs and turning customer proposals into reality.
