【About the Experiment】 ■1. It takes about 1 hour to complete the power connection and pre-cooling of the freezer. ■2. After the internal temperature drops to -30°C, ingredients can be added. ■3. The capacity for freezing at one time is equivalent to 5 trays measuring 600mm in width and 400mm in depth. ■4. The ingredients used in the freezing experiment must be communicated in advance. ■5. Freezing time varies depending on the ingredients and their weight (1 to 2 hours). ■6. During the freezing experiment, instructions on how to use the freezer and thawing machine will be provided.
