We would like to introduce a case where a zero-degree freezer was implemented at the Seiwakai Social Welfare Corporation. Our freezer can freeze food at a speed 10 times faster than air blast and 4 times faster than conventional liquid-cooled systems, thanks to our unique technology. We were able to provide delicious and easy-to-cook nursing care food that retains its taste and can be served simply by thawing and reheating. Additionally, we improved operations and successfully achieved significant cost reductions.
