"Improving Freezing Quality" is a device that allows liquids to be dripped into liquid nitrogen and frozen into granules. It is a new technology that replaces traditional block freezing.

Liquid nitrogen is a low-temperature liquid at -196°C. It is also a very clean liquid hygienically. When a liquid that needs to be frozen is dripped into the liquid nitrogen, the surface tension of the liquid causes it to form into spheres. These spheres are rapidly frozen and can be retrieved as solid products. (Note: They will melt due to temperature rise, so a frozen environment is necessary for storage and transportation.) The particle size depends on the size at the time of dripping. Generally, when dripped, particles with a diameter of about 4 to 6 mm can be produced. Applications include the food sector, pharmaceutical sector, and chemical sector. As for delivery performance, we have a production capacity record ranging from several kg/h to 400 kg/h.
