Spartan Mixer The large chopper at the center of the mixing container can finish precision mixing in a very short time.

The fast-rotating impeller regulates the optimum size of the particles for tableting. Since a wet process is used, high-yield operations are possible.

Granules are dried by the hot airflow while being conveyed through the helicoidally shaped airflow dryer.

They are moved into the three cyclone devices and then separated from the hot airflows and granules. They are conveyed to the next process from the bottom of the cyclone devices.

They are kneaded continuously by the two-shaft self-cleaning screw. The degree of kneading is controlled by the number of combinations from the kneading blades and from the rotation speed.
