"WPC processing" is a surface treatment heat treatment method for metal products, in which shots with a hardness equal to or greater than the product hardness, ranging from 40 to 200μm, are injected at a speed of 100m/sec or more, raising the temperature near the surface above the A3 transformation point. It can significantly reduce the surface abnormal layer of gas carburized products.
