Since our founding in 1909, we at TONEZ have been pursuing technology and quality in heat treatment. Utilizing the technical skills we have honed over many years, we are now highly regarded in a wide range of fields, including automotive parts, large materials and components, and heat treatment for aerospace equipment parts that require high reliability. We can accommodate various treatments, from material heat treatment (quenching and tempering, annealing, etc.) including round bars, to surface heat treatment of finished products (carburizing, gas nitriding, gas soft nitriding).
