This is an introduction to our WPC treatment (precision shot peening). WPC treatment is a revolutionary process that sprays fine hard balls of approximately 50 to 100 μm at a speed of over 100 m/sec onto the surface of metal parts that have undergone heat treatment and diffusion surface treatment, thereby modifying the surface. Unlike conventional shot peening, the media used is finer, allowing for processing of precision parts without dimensional changes.
