Cleaning in a safe environment! Compact processing system.
The vacuum heating separation (VTR) method is a technology for safely and reliably separating and recovering PCBs from electrical equipment such as transformers, capacitors, and stabilizers that contain PCBs. When these electrical devices are heated in a vacuum processing chamber maintained under vacuum, the PCBs reach their boiling point and evaporate. The PCB vapor is then suctioned to the oil shower side, where it is cooled and condensed, allowing it to be recovered as a liquid. 【Features】 - Since the processing is done in a vacuum state, PCBs do not leak into the environment. - No need for pre-disassembly of electrical equipment such as transformers and capacitors. - No health hazards to workers or contamination of the surrounding environment due to PCB exposure. - Since PCBs are evaporated and recovered, it is possible to process impregnated materials such as paper, wood, and fibers. *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.

Zero Japan Co., Ltd. is a company that primarily designs, manufactures, or produces devices aimed at "separation." Shortly after its establishment, it created a "mercury recovery plant from fluorescent lamps," and subsequently tackled the significant technical challenge of PCB waste treatment, developing four certified technologies: "liquid PCB decomposition technology," "solid PCB waste decomposition technology," "cleaning technology," and "separation technology." Please feel free to contact us if you have any inquiries.
