A super compact modular hybrid heat treatment furnace, capable of flexible production lines for small quantities of various products and achieving energy savings and space efficiency, has been jointly developed by Chubu Electric Power Co., Inc. and Ecom. With inverter control of the circulation fan, it is possible to set the appropriate heat source and wind speed for each heat treatment process.
