When the processing capacity of batch-type washing and dewatering machines is insufficient, we recommend a washing and dewatering system that combines a conveyor-type washer and a batch-type dewatering machine!
This is a system that cleans containers using a conveyor-type washing machine and then drains water with a batch-type dewatering machine. It is energy-efficient as it does not use thermal energy for dewatering. We design and manufacture according to the customer's containers, dirt, processing capacity, and installation space. Based on the cleaning methodology "TACT," we propose optimal cleaning. T = Cleaning Time A = Physical Action C = Chemical Action T = Cleaning Temperature [Features] ■ Sweeps away dirt with low pressure and high water volume ■ Water drainage through centrifugal dewatering method ■ Energy-efficient and quiet as it does not use thermal energy for dewatering *For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us.

Our company focuses on thorough cleaning and hygiene as a pillar of our management, providing proposals that meet our customers' optimal cleaning needs, primarily in the bread and confectionery industry, convenience store bento and prepared food factories, and related logistics centers. We respond to the needs of the food processing industry for aesthetics and hygiene, as well as the demand for labor-saving cleaning solutions, through three elements: "hardware," such as cleaning machines and detergents with overwhelming performance and a rich lineup in food factories; "software," including proposals for cleaning methods and the creation of cleaning manuals; and "maintenance," which involves the condition of the installed cleaning machines and maintaining their cleaning effectiveness.
