The types of heat treatment we can perform include "Normalization: Annealing," "SR: Stress Relief Annealing," "Quenching: Hardening," "Tempering: Tempering," or combinations of these treatments. Regarding quality, we can provide not only the necessary charts for heat treatment but also calibration records for the heat treatment process. The heat treatment furnaces we have are batch-type atmospheric furnaces. The larger furnaces are located at our Osaka factory in Hyogo Prefecture, while the medium and smaller ones are at our Osaka factory and our Kiryu factory in Gunma Prefecture. Our company has been dedicated to manufacturing piping components for 62 years, leveraging our expertise and experience as a pipe fitting manufacturing company. Our products are highly regarded for their quality in various fields, including power generation, city gas, petroleum refining, and petrochemicals.
