Pico Device Co., Ltd. was established as a venture of Nagoya Institute of Technology, spent two years in the university incubator, and then moved to the Sunrise Building in Chikusa Ward, where it is currently located, at the Nagoya Medical-Engineering Collaboration Incubator outside the university.
