The micro sweat meter TPL3520 was developed for researchers who had given up on sweat measurement due to the high cost and heavy weight of traditional sweat meters, making them unsuitable for portability. The main body of the micro sweat meter is based on a temperature and humidity logger that our company has been selling for many years, allowing us to keep development costs down. The sweat sensor part has undergone repeated trial and error, achieving a response and measurement stability comparable to that of conventional sweat meters. It can measure without being affected by the environment, making it ideal for outdoor measurements.

The weight of the sweat sensor part and the main unit combined is less than approximately 20g. The main unit is equipped with memory, allowing users to measure while connected to a PC, or to use it as a logger after disconnecting. In this case, the data can be downloaded later for processing. The measurement principle is based on dry air from a desiccant. The continuous measurement time is influenced by the amount of sweat, but it typically lasts from half a day to one day. The dimensions of the sweat sensor part are 35mm in width and 20mm in thickness, and it uses a CR1220 battery. A dedicated software is available for a fee.
