In 2013, Masayoshi Umeno (currently Director of Research and Development) and Tetsuo Soga (currently Director), a visiting professor at Chubu University and a professor at Nagoya Institute of Technology, respectively, established the company as founders. In March 2017, it became the sixth venture originating from Nagoya Institute of Technology, and it is also a venture originating from Chubu University. On February 13, 2020, it received the Nagoya City Industrial Research Institute Director's Award at the 2019 Nagoya City Industrial Technology Grand Prix for the title "High-Speed, Low-Temperature, Direct Deposition Technology of Graphene - Applications to Solar Cells and Storage Batteries." We independently developed a technology that allows for the direct deposition of graphene rather than transferring it. Using this technology, we started a contract business for the direct deposition of graphene.
