We achieved low cost by using free rollers for the transportation of empty containers and the removal of filled containers. By simply bringing in empty cans with temporary caps, containers that have completed liquid filling, nitrogen filling, cap installation, and weighing are discharged. After setting the empty cans, initiating the filling operation automatically performs the following actions: (1) Removal of temporary caps (2) N2 purging (3) Accurate filling (4) Weighing * Equipped with a scale certified for Class 3 of the Weights and Measures Act (5) Cap installation Upon request, we also offer specifications without N2 purging devices, as well as unit-type fully automatic filling machines that come with labelers, depalletizers, and automatic palletizers. We also accept inquiries regarding handling for loading and unloading before and after. The standard is a magazine-type capper, but it can also be changed to a hopper automatic supply type capper. ■ The material of the valve contact parts can be selected from stainless steel or fluororesin (PTFE) ■ A weighing scale is included, compatible with the JIS standard for automatic scales ■ The filling valve can be easily disassembled and cleaned, ensuring excellent sanitary properties.

This is a low-cost type 18L can (one-gallon can) automatic filling machine. Both pressure-resistant explosion-proof and non-explosion-proof types can be manufactured. It is compatible with JIS one-gallon cans and open pails. We also accept layout changes, such as switching from a U-shaped (folded type) as shown in the product image to a line type (straight shape). The type shown in the product image is a single unit, making it easy to transport and install, simplifying the installation work. It is also recommended for replacing air purge type filling machines that do not have labor inspection certification. Since it is designed and manufactured in-house, we can offer flexible customization to meet customer needs. Please feel free to contact us. *Electrical equipment used in hazardous locations must undergo domestic explosion-proof testing in Japan, even if it has been certified for explosion-proof use overseas, such as IECEx or ATEX.
