Layout-free sorting robot
The "Sorting Robot (Conveyor Type)" is a system where a robot equipped with a belt conveyor on its top receives shipping instructions, autonomously travels to designated boxes, and deposits products. The conveyor operates at a specified position to sort and place products into sorting boxes. Since the belt conveyor on the top of the robot is divided into two, it is also possible to load two products onto one robot. Unlike traditional conveyor systems and sorting robots (where small robots run on a frame), this system allows for easy layout changes and line expansions, bringing innovation to on-site operations.
