By using existing medium-duty racks as they are, the site can be transformed into an automated warehouse. If conditions are met, it is also possible to use the cases currently in use without any modifications. This system contributes to the automation and reduction of labor in factories and warehouses by shifting from manual picking to robotic picking. ■ By combining with flap-type sorting robots, it is possible to fully automate the sorting and transportation to the shipping area. ■ By combining with conveyor-type sorting robots, it is possible to fully automate the processes from inbound to shelving, shelf retrieval, and outbound.
