We would like to introduce a case study on the improvement of servo valve failures in rim molding machines. In the hydraulic systems of four tire wheel rim molding machines for automobiles, there were frequent failures of the servo valves, causing issues almost every month. As a solution, we stopped the operation of the existing filtration system, which consisted of 2-10μ mesh filters and paper-type filters, and installed a new high-performance filtration system for industrial oil. As a result, we received feedback from our customers stating, "Not only did we achieve cost reduction, but there were also significant secondary effects such as a decrease in nighttime and holiday call-outs."
