[Improvement Case] Test Stand (Pre-shipment Testing Equipment)

Removal of dirt below 5μ and improvement of quality! A case study of enhancements with the addition of a high-performance filtration system for industrial oil.

We would like to introduce a case study of improvements made to our test stand (pre-shipment testing equipment). There were issues such as "Even with the use of an oil filtration machine, the NAS grade remains high at levels 9 to 11, so we want to improve the oil cleanliness and maintain the quality assurance standard (NAS grade 7 or lower)" and "We want to reduce maintenance costs for the equipment." In response, we added a high-performance filtration system for industrial oil.
