We successfully carved fine grooves in an area 0.5mm wide to stop resin leakage.

The resin leakage was affecting the substrate ball pad area, resulting in poor yield and causing difficulties. By utilizing NFT design and polishing technology, we successfully stopped the resin leakage by creating two fine grooves in an area of 0.5mm width.
