By performing a click reaction with organic azide compounds, efficient and easy post-modification is possible. ■3' terminal modification reagent for nucleic acid oligomers Nucleic acid oligomers with a modified 3' terminal can be easily synthesized. This product allows the dangling end nucleoside portion to have a highly hydrophobic benzene skeleton, resulting in synthesized nucleic acid oligomers with excellent nuclease resistance.
