RIASORB UV-1164 is a triazine-based ultraviolet absorber with very high UV absorption performance. It also has a wide absorption wavelength range, demonstrating high effectiveness for photosensitive materials. RIASORB UV-1164 has excellent compatibility with polymers, is resistant to discoloration and volatilization, and exhibits superior heat and light resistance, effectively contributing to stabilization in PE and PP films, tapes, sheets, and other resins such as PA, PET, ASA, PET-G, PMMA, PBT, and PC. The recommended addition amount of RIASORB UV-1164 varies depending on the required performance, but is generally between 0.05-1.00 wt%.
