In a certain beverage manufacturer's sterilization and cleaning process, a large amount of steam and hot water is used, resulting in a sauna-like environment within the work area, which placed a significant burden on the workers. To address this, a method was devised to release the steam outdoors without spreading it within the work area. We conducted a simulation to visualize the installation of equipment based on the data and to verify whether there would be specific benefits if implemented. As a result, we successfully expelled the heat source effectively, improving the burden on the workers.
