At a certain waste disposal plant, the incineration equipment was operating at full capacity 365 days a year. Following that, arrangements were made to procure genuine parts and to organize maintenance personnel for the subsequent repair work. As a result, losses were minimized, and it became possible to carry out planned maintenance work.
